Naming Ceremonies

A naming ceremony is a wonderful way to celebrate a new member coming into your family.  Be it welcoming a baby into the world, an adoption or honouring a new identity or embracing diversity. It’s also the perfect way to show your love and pledge your commitment to cherishing, nurturing and supporting that life be it a new life or identity.

Your ceremony should celebrate individualism and reflect who you are as people.  For example, you might want to throw a huge party or make the moment an intimate occasion for those closest to you?  You may wish to add some special touches by writing a poem, asking a family member to sing or laying down a bottle of something special for later years?
